IP Litigation Attorney

Consilio is seeking an intellectual property litigator who has 3+ years of experience.

Job Details:

• Part-Time: 20-30 hours a week
• Remote (coming into an office once or twice a week if needed. The majority of work will be done remotely.)
• Duration: 6 months (potential for longer)
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Pay rate: $60-$80/hour

Ideal Candidate

• 3-5 years of litigation experience at a law firm, in-house, or both
• Candidate has both litigation and IP experience, including experience in technology or E-commerce

Requirements

• Bar admitted and in good standing in New York State
• Experience in smaller litigation matters such as arbitrations and small claims disputes
• Experience with subpoena responses
• Experience with temporary restraining orders (TROs)
• Experience with brand engagements (counterfeit claims)
• Experience with IP clearance requests

 

The hourly rate range for this position is approximately $60 to $80 per hour. A specific rate of pay for a project will be discussed with you if it is determined that you are a potential fit for a role.
