Contract Manager (JD Required)
LOD’s client, a premier luxury car brand with offices in the Atlanta metro area, is seeking a Contract Manager. This is a full-time, temporary, contract position, with an anticipated six-month duration but the possibility of becoming a permanent role at the company if it is the right fit. A J.D. is required for this role; law licensure in at least one U.S. state is preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate will reside in Atlanta and be able to visit the client’s North Atlanta offices three days per week. But the client welcomes applications from superstar candidates in other parts of the United States who could complete the position in a fully remote capacity.
The candidate will work in the client’s contract management system, Icertis. (Icertis experience is by no means required; but if you have prior experience with Icertis, please note as much on your resume.) The candidate will manage requests, create forms using the system, assemble initial drafts of contracts, and assist the client’s AGCs with first-level review of invoices and contracts.
Requirements:
The compensation for this role is $50-55/hr, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.

- Juris Doctorate
- 1-3 years of relevant experience from law firm or in-house legal department
