LOD’s client, a prominent global project consulting and staffing organization, has an immediate opening on its legal team for an attorney with a background in SEC filings, mergers and acquisitions, and executive compensation matters. The ideal candidate will have worked for a publicly traded company before, and will be comfortable working with a Board.
This is a contract, fully remote, part-time opportunity with an estimated weekly time commitment of 15-20 hours per week. It has an anticipated duration of six months.
The candidate must hold an active law license from any U.S. jurisdiction.
The pay rate for this role is $85 per hour.
