Our client is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to play pivotal in transitioning their program from its current implementation phase to an operational state. They will ensure efficient delivery of functionality, enhancements, and modules within Workday. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Workday and will play a key role in maximizing our client’s investments and governing decisions.
Duration: 3+ months contract with the potential for extension based on program needs and performance. Location: Seattle, WA. Hybrid (3 days per week onsite) Benefits: Three insurance levels, 401K + match, sick leave, and working with a great company!
Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively.
Oversee break-fix activities, release management, and the implementation of new enhancements and modules within the Workday platform.
Ensure alignment of program activities with business needs and constraints, with a focus on optimizing outcomes.
Drive the transition of the program from implementation to steady-state operations, facilitating a seamless handover and ensuring operational efficiency.
Lead the exploration and potential implementation of additional Workday capabilities, such as recruiting and enhanced adaptive functionalities, based on business case analysis and strategic priorities.
Experience with the full suite of Workday applications, with a strong understanding of Adaptive functionalities.
Previous experience transitioning programs from implementation to steady-state operations is highly desirable.
Proven track record of effectively managing programs, prioritizing initiatives, and maximizing investments.
Keen interest in expanding adaptive capabilities and implementing additional Workday functionalities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
Compensation: The estimated hourly rate for this position is $50.00 - $70.00 per hour. All candidates with varying experience levels are encouraged to apply.
