Contract
Our client, a renown renewable energy company, is seeking a contract for a Helpdesk Tech 1 to join their team.
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Bellevue, Wa

Responsibilities:
- Utilizing existing and creating new internal and external knowledge base documents to assist with ticket resolution.
- Active Directory Account maintenance
- Managing access to internal and external collaboration spaces
- PC Lifecycle Management
- Conference Room Support
- Inventory Receiving, & Tracking
- Fulfill software requests.
- Printer management
- Business travel support
- Demonstrate and assist with remote access to resources.
- Support users at remote sites and Everett Lab
- Assisting with onboarded as assigned.

- Actual position starting level and title will be determined based on assessment of qualifications.
