HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Progressive Care Unit RN to fill an opening with a diverse hospital system in Independence, MO.

Daily Responsibilities for Progressive Care Unit RN:
 

• Provide professional nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process.
• Collaborate with other members of the health care delivery team including physicians, to deliver quality health care. 
• Progressive care nursing are the master coordinators of the unit, juggling care for their patients while keeping the entire health care team on the same page.
• Have high-level critical thinking skills, vast clinical knowledge, and are able to stay calm under pressure. Patient safety is their number one objective.
• Shift: 3/12s 7pm-7am, weekend rotate (nights)

Required Qualifications for Progressive Care Unit RN:

• Missouri RN license
• ASN or BSN or higher in nursing
• 1+ year of Med-Surg or other bedside nursing (acute care)
• BLS/ACLS required

Preferred Qualifications for Progressive Care Unit RN:

• Missouri RN license
• ASN or BSN or higher in nursing
• 1+ year of Med-Surg or other bedside nursing (acute care)
• BLS/ACLS required

Pay Details: $32.00 - $43.00 an hour (can increase depending on expereince)
