Manager of Surgery

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Surgery to fill an opening with a leading hospital in the Kansas City, MO area.

Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Surgery:

• Leads nursing efforts in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care and safety within designated areas of accountability
• Works in tandem with physicians and various departments to align patient and family needs.
• Effectively oversees resources with a focus on fiscal responsibility
• Shift: M-F, 8am-5pm

Required Qualifications for Manager of Surgery:

• Missouri State License or Compact, Registered Nurse
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing   
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
• Surgery experience
• 1+ experience in leadership capacity (supervisor/charge)
• BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications for Manager of Surgery:

• Leadership in surgery

Pay Details: $90K - $120K + (depending on experience)
