Resident Care Director / Registered Nurse
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Resident Care Director / Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a Healthcare Facility based in San Mateo, CA.
Daily Responsibilities for Resident Care Director / Registered Nurse:
The Resident Care Director will oversee daily operation of the facility and staff, participate in hiring and training, resident assessments, administrative duties, and maintenance of proper documentation of care
Communicate effectively with residents and their families and acts as a main resource and point of contact
Sunday-Thursday, 8am – 5pm
Required Qualifications for Resident Care Director / Registered Nurse:
RN License in CA
Leadership Experience including training and managing a staff
Experience with direct care, patient assessments, educational events or seminars
CPR Certification

Pay Details: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (Based on Experience) and $5,000 sign on bonus + Eligibility for up to 10% Annual Bonus Interested in being considered?
