HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacy Technician to fill an opening with a Specialty Pharmacy company in Scottsdale, AZ.
Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacy Technician:
Responsible for answering inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsible for contacting doctors to obtain necessary prescription information to properly fill a prescription.
Responsible for managing the queues and working oldest orders first
Responsible for the correct shipment of the specialty pharmacy orders.
May be responsible for ensuring adequate inventory of pharmaceuticals in the pharmacy, including ordering, receipt, verification of orders, and stocking of pharmaceuticals and supplies.
Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-6pm; Typically have a rotating schedule: Monday - Thursday 8am to 4:30pm, Fridays 7:30-4pm - the company rotates the late shift, typically does late shifts on either Mondays or Wednesdays 9:30-6pm
Location: Onsitein Scottsdale Arizona 85258
Required Qualifications for Pharmacy Technician:
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
MUST have AZ pharm tech license and PTCB license
2+ years pharmacy experience here - can potentially be flexible on this
Must have a call center and dispensing experience
