HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Quality & Patient Safety Specialist (RN) to fill an opening with a healthcare system in Boston, MA.
Daily Responsibilities for Quality & Patient Safety Specialist (RN):
Supports the development, implementation, management and sustainment of an organization-wide system of quality and safety
Responsible for assisting in a range of system-level quality and process improvement projects, spanning from defining project scope and design to process redesign, implementation testing, management of performance metrics, and development of sustainment plans
Shift: Day shift, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Required Qualifications for Quality & Patient Safety Specialist (RN):
Registered Nurse License in MA
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
3-5+ years of experience combined with healthcare administration
1+ year of experience in clinical quality/patient safety

Pay Details: $113,000 - $138,000 (depending on years of experience)
