HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Field LPN/LSW Patient Care Advocate to fill an opening with a Fortune 500 Managed Care Company in Texas.
Daily Responsibilities for Field LPN/LSW Patient Care Advocate:
Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of related experience
Strongly prefer licensure: LPN, LMSW, C-SW, LSW
2+ years of experience in HEDIS and/or Quality Improvement - looking for experience coaching providers on how to improve HEDIS scores
Understanding of HEDIS measures and quality improvement initiatives
Good tenure in past positions, 1-2+ years in prior roles
WFH capability - smart phone, high speed internet, private work space
Own personal transportation, have active DL and insurance, ability to pass DMV report
Computer Skills: Strong Excel Skills
