HotFoot Recruiters has partnered with an Local Manufacturer and Supplier in need of a Direct Hire Customer Service Rep in the North Phoenix area.

Position: Customer Service Rep.
Location: North Phoenix, 100% onsite
Schedule: 8 hour, M-F
Pay: $19-22/hr.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Compile and generate reports for Leadership Team.
Work extensively with Microsoft Suite, such as Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Scheduling meetings and setting agenda to outline discussions.
Operate as gatekeeper for all incoming clients or team members.
Utilize ERP system to best assist day to day operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school Diploma required.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Previous data entry or clerical experience in an office setting.
Strong attention to detail.
