HotFoot Recruiters is hiring an Bilingual Sales Specialist in the Phoenix, AZ area. The candidate will be working with Sales Manager on any sales-admin/customer service tasks assigned.

Position: Bilingual Sales Specialist
Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-hire
Shifts Available: 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay: $23-$25/rh
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85008

Responsibilities:

Work with Sales Manager and become the POC for clients
Able to translate & communicate for the Sales Manager.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Communicate with Procurements or Logistics team directly to ensure customer satisfactions
Provide exceptional customer service in both languages, resolving issues promptly.
Conduct bilingual product presentations, bridging cultural gaps for clients.
Navigate negotiations and close sales across language barriers.
Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed.
Provide sales operations and administrative support.

Requirement:

1+years of sales or translating experience
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin/Chinese
Demonstrated success in driving sales through persuasive bilingual communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure unified customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge in both languages.
Contribute to the development of bilingual sales materials for broader outreach.
Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using functions)
Organizational and time-management skills
Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
