HotFoot Recruiters has partnered with a well-established Aerospace Manufacturer in need of a Mechanical Inspector in the Phoenix Area.

Position: Mechanical Inspector

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85043

1st shift

Pay $19-$23/hr.

Specific Responsibilities

Inspect parts to engineering specifications and blueprints (drawings)
Submit parts of testing and form, fit and function
Initiate accurate and detailed inspection rejection reports (IRRS)
Ensure the product is properly packed and/or packaged to customer requirements for special plating inspection
Assists other QA inspectors as directed by the supervisor
Conduct training and enforce inspection standards
Must be familiar with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measurers.

Training Requirements:

SPOC training
AS9102 Inspection Forms
PLM and NET Inspection (First Articles)
Complete training in Quality Department or other Operational Procedures (OP’S) and (WI’s)
Company Policy
Quality Manual
Building Evacuation Plan

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of basic computer experience
Mechanical inspection experience
