HotFoot Recruiters has partnered with an international RF/Microwave MLCC provider, specializing in telecom, semiconductor, and testing to hire a talented Regional Sales Manager in the US.
Position: US National General Manager
Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Language: English is a must; Bilingual in English and Mandarin is PLUS
Base Pay range: $80-120K (plus commissions)
Work Location: 50% Remote WFH; 50% Traveling to Client's Sites
Job Responsibilities
- Drive US business development and achieve annual operational goals.
- Facilitate communication between headquarters and US team, supporting team management.
- Collaborate with headquarters departments for local strategic alignment.
- Travel frequently domestically and internationally to meet with HQ team, new and previous clients for meetings and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of US experience in BD and sales for electronic products
- Solid knowledge in the MLCC industry; familiar with RF Technology or the application of electronic components
- Go-Getter type of personality to expand business in sales
- Provide great customer service
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Adaptability to travel, global corporate experience
- Good industry perspective, market sense, and data-driven thinking. Capable of strategic thinking based on business results.
- Demonstrates a sense of ownership, self-motivation, strong insight, and proficiency in project management with a focus on delivering results.
