Registered Nurse (General Surgery Outpatient Dept.)

NURSES Etc STAFFING is now hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our team at the Portsmouth Naval Medical Center. This position will support The Outpatient General Surgery Department. 

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications - candidates MUST possess all of the following:

• Possess a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, a Graduate Diploma in Nursing, or an Associate Degree in Nursing, from an accredited agency such as the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
• Possess and maintain a current unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse in any one (1) of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
• Possess a minimum experience of one (1) year within the last two (2) years an an RN working in a hospital-based surgical outpatient clinic setting.
• Possess and maintain a BLS through the American Heart Association OR The American Red Cross. 
• Must be a U.S. Citizen 

Shift Scheduling: Mon - Fri | Between hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
