Ultrasound Technologist/ Sonographer

Nurses Etc. Staffing is looking for an experienced Sonographer to join our team at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth.

*Various shifts available to include Part Time and PRN 
 Evening and Night shifts.

*Any active license is acceptable in this government facility*

*Night shift will receive an additional $4.00 per hour shift differential*

Sonographer Requirements:

A current primary certification and registration as a Sonographer from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (S-ARRT)  
A current certification and registration as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer as determined by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS-ARDMS).  
Possess experience as a diagnostic ultrasound technologist of at least 24 continuous months within the preceding 36 months, to include experience with digital imaging.
Possess American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or American Registry for Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) approved continuing medical education of at least 12 hours within the last 12 months.
