Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the administration of the collective bargaining agreement

2. Reviews and provides final approval for all plant modifications for betterments

3. Oversee all bidding, contract awards and contracts administration

4. Develop periodic progress and budget reports to project participants and other stakeholders

5. Responsible for the nuclear consultant activities on project oversight

6. Review and approve all invoices

Experience: 

• 15 or more years of experience

• Must be an expert in engineering principles and plant design, construction, and operating activities

• Experience in management principles and personnel administration, budget principles and the electric utility, ISO rules and membership needs

• Bachelors degree in Engineering with MBA degree and PMP certification is ideal.
