Title: Water/Wastewater Engineer

Location: Miami, FL

Pay: $70-90K+

Job Description:

We are seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer in Miami. As part of our team, you will work on projects related to municipal water and wastewater treatment plants, including but not limited to major treatment plant expansions, regional water quality studies, and critical water reuse projects that will create sustainable and resilient water supplies for the world.

Job Responsibilities

Perform engineering work in water and wastewater treatment and conveyance infrastructure
Work on engineering planning and design projects
Prepare reports
Develop plans and specifications
Prepare cost estimates for various water and wastewater projects
System modeling
Permitting and alternative analysis
Preparation of technical memoranda, reports and electronic deliverables
Data entry and analysis
Provide engineering services during construction

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
1-5 years of directly-relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering
Application of engineering principles including critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniques
Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Work well in a team environment
Have the ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team
Highly motivated, articulate, and self-starting
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
