Pay: $150K+
Bonus: 10-20% of Salary

Our client, who is a nationally/internationally recognized firm, is seeking a Land Development Office Leader for their Fairfax team.
The position responsibilities include:

Growing the portfolio of the land development/site civil engineering team.

Lead the strategic direction of the team

Mentorship/Management of junior and mid-level engineers

Expand the team by hiring additional team members
Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:
