Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Compensation: $115-125k plus 10% bonus

What We’re Looking For:
- The ideal candidate is a 3-5 year Sr Auditor/Audit Manager within public accounting
- Must have a BS in Finance or Accounting, CPA a plus, real estate industry experience a plus
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in the monthly close process and analyze financial results for multiple real estate development projects
- Assist in preparing monthly budgets
- Assist in preparing monthly funding draws
- Coordinate accounting and financial activities and projects across multiple real estate development projects
- Assist in preparing monthly management reports and ad-hoc requests
