Title: Land Development Engineer

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay: $70-85K++

Bonus: Year end bonus

Job Description:

Our client, who has been ranked inside ENR’s Top 500 Design Firms for 25 years straight, is seeking a Land Development Engineer for their team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform design on a mix of commercial, residential, federal and mixed use projects
Provide technical expertise and check accuracy of all completed work.
Communicate with clients and internal Project Managers

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

2+ years of Land Development experience
EIT or PE License preferred
Software proficiency in Civil 3D
