What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
5+ years of roadway design experience, INDOT experience heavily preferred.
PE strongly preferred, or on track to get PE in the near future.
MicroStation and GeoPak experience required.
Previous task leadership or lead design experience where you have some exposure to Project Management.
What You'll Be Doing:
Design mentorship for junior level staff.
Assisting other Project Managers with tasks delegation and client interaction as needed.
Working closely with other engineers in the office and working directly with clients.
