Title: High Pressure Boiler Operator 

Location: Southeastern Minnesota 

Salary: $31.56/hr

Job Role:
 

• Operates auxiliary equipment including pumps, heat exchangers, ash conveyors and condensers
• Assists in maintaining the operating log of all power plant parameters on the shift
• Assists in the operation and maintenance of stokers, fans, hydraulic systems, ash control systems, and pollution control systems associated with a refuse or conventionally fired boiler
• Performs miscellaneous housekeeping in and around the work area
• Performs other related work as assigned

Requirements: 

• MN Stationary Engineer 2B license with ability to get the 2A within 15 months
• Equivalent verified out of state high pressure boiler experience with min 2000 hours (1 year) and the ability to pass the 2B license within 3 months
