Job Title: Sr HRIS Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL
Compensation: $90-110K Salary (based on experience) with 3-10% bonus (discretionary and profit share)
Job Type: Full Time

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Employee relations experience is a plus
What You’ll Be Doing:

- Support operations and maintenance of HRIS including core HRIS application, talent acquisition, onboarding, and evaluation system
- Utilize UltiPro and UKG systems to analyze HRIS performance and metrics, and ultimately resolve application issues
- Utilize SQL and SQR to run queries and perform statistical analysis and data integrity audits on gathered HRIS data/processes
- Perform application upgrades, as well as provide training and technical support to team members
