One of our clients in Dallas, Texas is seeking to add to their Land Development team. This is a great opportunity to join a young core and grow and develop with a relatively new office with backing from c-suite employees at the firm. You're also going to have the opportunity to work on a hybrid schedule from day 1 and long term!

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering or similar.
3+ years of Land Development design experience with commercial, residential, or industrial projects. If you were 6+ years, you could step directly into a more project management role.
Experience in Civil3D and stormwater software, while also being familiar with local standards.
EIT/PE preferred or desire to get it within 6-12 months of employment, but not required.
What You'll Be Doing:
Design of Commercial and industrial Land Development projects throughout the Dallas region.
Collaboration with other engineers in office, both in person and virtually.
Engaging with clients, manage your own projects with the support from other engineers and project managers in the office.
