Title: Control Room Operator
Location: Eastern, PA
Salary: $30 - $33/hr
Bonus: 10% - 15%
Hours: 12 hour rotating DuPont schedule

Job Description:
- Performs shift operations tasks including start-up and shutdown of equipment.
- Work in the control room to operate steam equipment, boilers, turbines, pumps, motors, etc
- Utilize PLC and DCS control systems
- Good communication to direct Auxiliary Operators throughout the facility.
- Maintains shift operating logs and records and performs routine chemical testing.
- Assists in developing standard procedures for operations and maintenance.
- Implements safe working habits, identifies hazards and takes corrective actions, as approved by the Shift Supervisor, or other plant management.
- Work schedule is rotating shifts, and successful candidate must be available for emergency call-ins, and for temporary assignments to assist mechanics in the maintenance department.
