Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Chester and Plymouth, PA
Compensation: (Varies baed on experience) with 5-10% bonus (depending on EBITDA and employee retention)

What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in the HR Generalist/HR Management space
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Employee relations, full lifecycle recruitment, talent management, and compensation experience
- PHR or SHRM – CP certification is a plus
- Passion for HR and ability to drive change
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide support and guidance to managers in the areas of compensation, compliance, talent development, succession planning, performance management, retention strategies, and effective record-keeping and general HR related issues.
- Support 3 sites with 200+ employees from an employee relations standpoint, including, but not limited to investigations, complaints, and grievances
- Full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, as well as providing guidance and advice on recruitment strategies
- Assist process owners and teams with maximizing efficiency from an HR Management standpoint
- Create an environment of positive employee relations; balance business needs with employee needs, establish trust and credibility with employees and be seen as approachable and fair.
