Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Chester and Plymouth, PA

Compensation: (Varies baed on experience) with 5-10% bonus (depending on EBITDA and employee retention)

Job Type: Full Time

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in the HR Generalist/HR Management space
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Employee relations, full lifecycle recruitment, talent management, and compensation experience
  • PHR or SHRM – CP certification is a plus
  • Passion for HR and ability to drive change

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide support and guidance to managers in the areas of compensation, compliance, talent development, succession planning, performance management, retention strategies, and effective record-keeping and general HR related issues.
  • Support 3 sites with 200+ employees from an employee relations standpoint, including, but not limited to investigations, complaints, and grievances
  • Full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, as well as providing guidance and advice on recruitment strategies
  • Assist process owners and teams with maximizing efficiency from an HR Management standpoint
  • Create an environment of positive employee relations; balance business needs with employee needs, establish trust and credibility with employees and be seen as approachable and fair.
