Job Title: Sr FP&A Analyst
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI, 53051
Compensation: $85-95k with 10% bonus (bonus overachieved at 130% last year)
Job Type: Full Time

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as a FP&A Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Someone who has experience with Power BI (preferred) or general BI software experience
- Budgeting and Forecasting experience with emphasis on providing analysis on variance within budget/forecast
- Excel skillset tied to FP&A
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare reports for performance against set goals and identify indicators for cross-functional teams
- Budget, forecast, and generate monthly income statements for finance team
- Design analysis of revenue and expenses for organization
- Build a comprehensive understanding of the different life cycle stages within the organization
- Provide support for annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, as well as review and presentation of variance analysis
- Utilize BI tools to integrate data and build interactive dashboards for cross-functional teams
