Job Title: Sr Tax Associate/Tax Associate
Location: Rolling Meadows, IL
Compensation: $75-90k (based on experience) with 10% bonus
Job Type: Full Time

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in the Tax or International Tax space
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification is a plus (also a plus is you are in the process of obtaining a CPA)
- Passion for Accounting & Finance and ability to drive change
- Someone who has experience within ERP systems and has utilized some type of tax software
- Transfer pricing experience is a plus
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare models to calculate and execute the US headquarter services charge to US and non-US operating affiliates
- Implement transfer pricing policy relating to the use of IP
- Maintain legal agreements to support inter-company changes
- Perform research, prepare for tax audits, and respond to questions from tax authorities
- Assist with annual compliance in multiple international locations
- Ensure completion and filing of transfer pricing documentation
