Target Individual: We’re targeting someone with 3+ years specific experience handling LTIP and stocks for a publicly traded company. Additionally this role will handle base salaries, hourly employees comp, and bonuses.
Job Description: The Compensation Analyst will manage on the Company’s direct pay and incentive programs. Providing support to management and oversight of the employee compensation structure.
Understand the Company compensation plans and administrative processes covering base salary, bonus programs, and Long term incentive (LTI) programs
Participate in external compensation surveys and interpret competitive compensation data, present observations to management, and recommend actions based on analysis.
Conduct job evaluations of new and revised positions using methods such as market pricing and internal equity comparisons.
Serve as the primary person responsible for the administration of the Company’s stock plans
Monthly reconciliation, reporting on stock exercises and release, coordinating share transfers, uploading awards, coordinating SEC requirements with legal department
Develop and manage planning materials for the annual equity compensation process and share budget process
Prepare reports and provide analytical support for ongoing activities, plans and program, and special projects and initiatives
Run routine checks and audits to ensure accuracy of compensation information housed in HRIS
Responsible for staying current on the equity and compensation best practices for Midstream industry
Manage and administer all communications around annual compensation programs for employees, not limited to annual compensation statements

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, finance or accounting
3 – 5 years of professional experience working in stock plan administration
5+ years of experience in Human Resources, specific to compensation
CEP certification preferred
Experience in being the primary point of contact for accounting, legal and finance counterparts with regards to stock plan events and data.
Working knowledge of equity compensation concepts, laws, and regulations.
Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced level of proficiency in Excel, experience with stock plan administration systems (AST and or Fidelity).
Possesses a high degree of skill in presenting in-depth explanations, analyses and solutions
Proven ability to dissect complex issues and identify optimal outcomes
Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
