Title: Plant Engineer
Salary: $120,000
Bonus: $10,000 annual bonus
Location: Eau Claire, WI
Schedule: 4x10 or 5x8
Notes: This role would be hands on working in the maintenance department with plant instrumentation, system controls, and They are looking for individuals that can pivot and make adjustments on a daily basis according to plant needs.

Skillset:
- Develop efficient systems, processes and machines that result in high-quality products
- Improve plant's efficiency, upgrade to new technologies, repair equipment, and increase production.
- Documentation of outage findings, with prompt and professional reports along with repair/replace recommendations
- 2-5 years experience in a field service or turbine engineering role
- Bachelors Degree in engineering preferred
