Compensation: $103.5k-$138k total comp
Job Type: Full Time, Hybrid (3-4 days in, 1-2 days WFH)

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of accounting experience

1+ years of management experience required

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred

Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead day-to-day accounting functions (month-end close, prepare and review journal entries, general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations)

Prepare financial statements, as well as additional reports for private equity group

Assist external auditors including providing requested reports

Assist with the integration of multiple business units including selecting and implementing a new ERP system

Identify, development and implement new processes/procedures to increase the efficiency of the accounting processes

Handle ad hoc projects to support team
