Title of Role: Full-Desk Recruiter / Permanent Placement Recruiter
Compensation: 40-50% Commission from day 1
Schedule: We offer a hybrid schedule at PRS, as well as the ability to work remote.

What We’re Looking for:

Strong communication skills (we talk on the phone all day)
Ability to multitask critical functions and handle multiple job orders simultaneously
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite and have strong typing skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while meeting time sensitive deadlines
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
What You’ll Be Doing:
As part of a team, you’ll help our clients (mostly fortune 1000 companies) find, recruit, and hire top talentin their field. You’ll act as a “match maker” for both the client and the candidate
Conduct full-desk recruitment activities to Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for active openings with our clients (phone/virtual)
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions with clients
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Network with industry professionals to develop relationships with potential candidates
Initiate hiring process to include extending verbal offers, arranging drug screens and background checks
Collaborate with management to analyze and forecast staffing needs, locales, and strategies
Working closely with sales and operations personnel to maintain an integrated team approach to ensure healthy candidate pipeline
Develop new clients through marketing and business development efforts (phone calls)
Manage relationships with existing customers in your territory
Network with industry professionals to develop relationships with potential clients
