Title: Healthcare Superintendent

Location: Fayetteville NC

Salary: $110,000-135,000 + bonus + car allowance

Assist with the development and communication of the project plan to include the project schedule, site logistics, safety, and quality programs.
Coordinate the work of multiple subcontractors and lead subcontractor coordination meetings on a regular basis.
Conduct planning and maintenance of shutdowns and tie-ins.
Maintain daily reports using 360 Field.
Experience working in occupied buildings.
Capable of producing and updating detailed schedules in Microsoft Project
Capable of using Microsoft Software (Excel, Word, Outlook)

4-5 years of experience in commercial or healthcare construction (most of the time as an assistant superintendent or superintendent)
Proficient in the use of iOS devices and applications for blueprint navigation and review
Proficient in document change and RFI management
Experience with interior buildouts
Healthcare experience preferred
OSHA 30
