Title: VP of Operations
Location: Orlando, FL OR Charlotte, NC OR Richmond, VA
Salary: $170,000 - 200,000+ bonus

What You’ll Be Doing:

Responsible for DC goal setting and achievement
Management and training of supply chain initiatives and standards
Analyze and implement operational ways to drive down cost to improve regional profit
Monitors flow of scheduled inbound product
Prepare and review distribution documents.
Focus on continuous improvement projects, operational efficiencies, and management initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

15+ years of distribution operations experience minimum
Minimum of 5 years of management experience
Experience with process improvement and expediting preferred
Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with co-workers and vendors.
