Title: Preconstruction Manager
Location: Charleston, SC
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 base salary plus ESOP & bonuses

What We’re Looking For:
- 5-10 years of construction experience on the Preconstruction side
- Ideally working on projects in the commercial / industrial fields
- Project experience ranging in value from $300k-100M+
- Must be proficient in Bluebeam software for the creation and modification of PDF documents.
- Must be proficient in Timberline Estimating software.
- Must be proficient in On Screen Take-Off software
- Must be proficient in iSqF.
