Title: Residential Construction Manager
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Haslet, Argyle)
Salary: $80k-$90k/year + Per House Bonus + Profit Sharing

What You’ll Be Doing:

Build quality homes on time and under budget

Take ownership of individual (entire) community including managing cost control and variances & ownership of community appearance

Maintain professional relationships with your team and customers and provide a leadership influence

Adhere to timelines conveyed to customer/leadership

Meet cycle time and scheduling deadlines

Embrace technology

Maintain warranty standards

Provide the customer with a positive home buying experience

Maintain great relationships with sales team and vendor partners
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

3 + years experience a plus in the construction field

Be able to multitask and keep all activities moving

Be detail and quality oriented, having excellent organizational and time management skills

Be able to work as a team with both internal and external customers by communicating effectively

Be a problem solver and trouble shooter

Have a knowledge of budgets, invoices and negotiations, construction codes, processes, products, safety requirements and blue prints and engineering documents

Possess intermediate computer skills
