Job Title: Recruiting and Sales Consultant 

Location: Maitland, FL

Compensation:  $50K base salary + 10% commission

Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in office/2 days WFH after training period

Benefits: Retirement (4% match), Healthcare (50% covered), 10.5 Paid Holidays, PTO (2 weeks in your first year and 3 weeks in year two, 4 weeks after 5 years)

  • Ability to multitask critical functions and handle multiple job orders simultaneously
  • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite and have strong typing skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • As part of a team, you’ll help our clients find, recruit, and hire top talent in their field.  You’ll act as a “match maker” for both the client and the candidate
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for active openings with our clients (phone/virtual)
  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions with clients
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Initiate hiring process to include extending verbal offers, arranging drug screens and background checks
  • Maintain/document candidate activity and progress in our Application Tracking Systems (ATS)
