Job Summary
Job Title: Corporate Accountant
Location: Orlando, FL
Compensation: $65,000 - 75,000 + bonus
Job Type: Full Time

What We're Looking For:
- The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar from an accredited university
- This person should have 5+ years of experience with some audit experience required
- CPA or Masters in preferred
- This person should either have some experience in public accounting OR work for a large, publicly traded company
- Ability to adapt and think on your feet
- Understand all aspects of general ledger accounting
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepares monthly and quarterly financials as well as conduct trend analysis and other reports
- Prepare journal entries and bank reconciliations, owning the monthly close process
- Work heavily with the auditors to ensure compliance and gather information
- Assist in the annual audit process
- Ensure department is following/ maintaining internal controls processes
- Completing credit card and cash reconciliations
- Guarantees policy and procedure compliance
- Look into accounting procedure or process issues and create/ implement solutions
- Assist with the budget creation process and researching variances
- Complete projects as needed
