Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Hartford, CT
Pay: $50K - 65k + Bonus

Job Details:
- Works with logistics and supply chain on order status and tracking
- Total involvement with training, communication and development of all Customer Service personnel
- Updates and resolves order delivery issues
- Ensures all purchase orders and invoices are accurate
- Responsible for designing and implementing improved processes and operational policies
- Recommend changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs
- Review and manage Customer Service claims
- Developing and running departmental reports or customer reports
- Building relationships with logistics, warehouse, sales, and supply chain teams as well as external customers
- Meet with customers to resolve escalated order disputes/issues
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Planning, Operations, Economics, Logistics preferred not required
- At least 1 year of experience in an office support or customer service function
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and MS Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to others in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory practices and principles.
