Compensation: $60k-$85k Base plus Bonus

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of accounting experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance; Master’s Degree/MBA preferred

Fixed Assets experience (strongly preferred)

Knowledge/Interest in gaining experience with technical accounting/memo writing (nice to have)
What You’ll Be Doing:

Monitor GL accounts and prepare/review journal entries, as well as maintain GL charts of accounts and fixed assets

Prepare account reconciliations (bank statements & GL)

Prepare accruals on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis

Assist with internal audit and control compliance; Make recommendations, as needed

Assist with external audit including responding to requests in a timely manner

Adhere to all company accounting policies and identify areas of improvement

Handle ad hoc requests in a timely manner
