Job Title: Indirect Strategic Buyer
Location: Philadelphia, PA - Hybrid
Compensation: $70,000-90,000

What We're Looking For:
- The ideal candidate has experience in sourcing and analytics under procurement
- Bachelor's degree required
- This person should have at least 3 years of experience
- Ability to adapt and think on your feet
- Understand all aspects of supply chain and logistics
What You'll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and vetting new suppliers related to IT, Marketing, Services etc
- Manage contractor and supplier onboarding and coordination
- Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
- Negotiate new vendor contracts and pricing
- Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate and/or negotiating special shipping arrangements as necessary
- Track and fix shipping errors
- Preparing bills and invoices
- Managing distribution and shipment budgets
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Serve as a communication liaison with external project stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across tools, databases, and reports
- Utilize resources to prepare distributions and reports
- Special duties and projects as assigned or necessary
