Title: Senior Project Architect
Bonus: Discretionary year end bonus
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $90-130K

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in commercial architecture.
Professional registration preferred.
Expertise in architectural design software.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the architectural design process for commercial projects from initial concept through to completion.
Create and develop comprehensive architectural designs, ensuring alignment with client needs and project objectives.
Collaborate with design teams, providing guidance and insight to ensure the highest quality of architectural output.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and environmental standards.
Contribute to the development of project specifications, drawings, and models using relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Speclink, etc.).
