Title: Senior MEP Estimator

Location: Fort Worth, TX 

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

Salary: $165,000-$175,000  

Bonus: Christmas EOY Bonus typically around 5%

Job Description: 
Our GC client in Fort Worth, TX is looking for a Senior MEP Estimator to join their team and support the entire enterprise. Day to day responsibilities include estimating all phases of design, scheduling and planning the preconstruction process. As a company they focus on Life Sciences, Healthcare and Higher Education. The projects they work on range 6-50M but usually in the 10-15M range. This person will be supporting the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection estimating efforts for the entire company. We are looking for an experienced Estimator with 15+ years of experience either working for a GC or a Mechanical or Electrical sub. This will be the main MEP Estimator for the entire enterprise and support all offices, occasional travel may be needed but for the most part this person will be based out of Fort Worth, TX. 

Qualifications: 
-15+ years of Estimating experience
-Experience with MEP Estimating
-Estimating tool experience
-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
