Location: Viera, FL
Compensation: $68,000 - 72,000 + per-house bonuses paid quarterly. The bonuses on average are $3k per quarter, but ranges from $1,500-8,000.

What You'll Be Doing:
A homebuilder in Viera, FL is looking for a Construction Superintendent to oversee home builds in a master plan community comprised of multiple communities. The homes range from 1,400-3600+ sqft. Day to day you will be responsible for creating and updating schedules/construction timelines, quality inspections during various stages of construction, meetings with home owners preconstruction, pre drywall, new home orientation and a final walk through.
