What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of financial analysis/program analysis experience
-
Defense industry experience (preferred)

Deltek experience (preferred)

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare and review journal entries, general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules

Assist with payroll (approvals, tie outs), as needed

Lead complex billing process to remain compliant with contract terms to ensure proper and timely payment

Continually review accounting/reporting procedures and policies for the company with the goal of being a subject-matter-expert to better support the organization

Identify areas in need of process improvement and present findings/solutions to senior leaders

Handle ad hoc requests in a timely manner

Utilize professional business tools (Excel, Deltek, etc.) to effectively prepare financial reports for leadership

Handle ad hoc projects as assigned in a timely manner
