Title: Logistics Manager
Location: Dallas, TX OR Denver, CO
Salary: $130,000 - $140,000
Bonus: Annual Potential

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide operational guidance to ensure efficiency and safety in logistics operations.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and permits.

Champion company safety programs to enhance health and safety performance.

Hold full P&L responsibility for terminal system, including budget management.

Develop and execute strategic plans to meet future company needs.

Drive optimization efforts to enhance operational efficiency and cost reduction.
-
Engage in negotiations for freight agreements and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Develop capital requirements for the logistics network with financial justification.

Monitor import program performance and implement corrective actions.
-
Direct activities of 5 direct reports and improve key performance indicators.
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related major.

5 – 10 years experience logistics operations experience.

Supervisory experience managing direct reports.

Experience with terminal operations management & distribution planning.
-
Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with co-workers and vendors.

Ability to plan and prioritize a wide variety of activities.
