What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
8+ years of Transportation Design and preferred Project Management experience.
Ideally, this person will have experience with CDOT projects.
Experience in MicroStation, OpenRoads, etc.
PE required.

What You'll Be Doing:

Helping manage projects, clients, and junior level staff. Managing sub-contractors on projects.
Collaborate and meet with clientele throughout the state. Potentially having on-site visits with DOT clients.
Engaging with clients to develop relationships, meet project deadlines.
Business development is not required, but is a plus if this person can help them break into new business.
