Pay:  $120,000 - $135,000, bonus, LTIP, PTO, Health, Sign on bonus

Job Description:

• Oversee and help develop predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
• Experienced with planning and overseeing day to day maintenance, yearly outages, and reactive maintenance. 
• Experience with CMMS systems for scheduling and budgeting.
• The ability to be hands on, communicate clearly and hold onsite technicians accountable to operational excellence. 
• 5+ years of solid fuel, pulp and paper or related experience in a supervisory position.
